Not perfect, but probably will be eventually.

Pros: Good compatibility (was the first +/- RW on the market).
Cons: Generic Media compatibility issues. (Firmware updates will likely fix this).

Sony has a winner here, it'll read/write to just about anything (except DVD-RAM).

I've had no failed burns yet (tho I use only RWs because sooner or later I'll get a bad one from any drive).
