Samsung LTN1565 15 in. LCD TV

Pros: Attractive design, excellent picture and sound until it stopped working.
Cons: Samsung's customer service is an oxymoron. Whatever happens is the consumer's problem, not theirs.

The picture was sharp, the sound was great--until the power switch stopped working, not too long after the warranty expired. Samsung Customer Service was totally unhelpful so, three years after I purchased it, I'm shopping for a new TV. I won't be buying another Samsung.

Pros: bright, sharp picture
Cons: menu takes some time to learn

I purchased this LCD TV for a kitchen. I first bought a Sharp 15" and it was too dim, even with adjusting the brightness. The Samsung is much brighter and Sharper. I paid about $134 US more for the Samsung. In the future I might get an off the air HDTV tuner. Only con and it is minor, the menu is hard to navigate, but with use I am getting more familiar with it.

Pros: low price, Great picture, nice sound, HDTV is amazing
Cons: Small, needs bracket to be hung on wall

This tv is great for small rooms, it has an exceptional picture and great sound for its small size. The experience of HD is breathtaking. I have a reef tank in my room next to the tv and when i glanced over at the show on a reef on HD i could barely see a difference feels to real. Great buy for those who cannot afford the larger LCD and PLasma's.
