Pros: very easy to use not bad sound
Cons: not an mp3 player face plate feels a bit like it will snap some day
I bought this product after having had a much more expensive Pioneer unit stolen from my dash.I find the Sony unit so much easier to use.Resting my hand top of the gear leaver I can punch buttons without my eyes leaving the road - with Pioneer I almost had to have the manual out on a daily basis to work out what was going on.I love its ease of use including the lack of motors in front panel - it just flops down - simple and quick. The display is not at all flashy - quite a change from the leaping dolphins and rapid sunsets etc displayed on previous units, its an all you need and no more kind of situation and I like it.The deck sounds ok - not earth shattering and an amplifier is on the shopping list. Its all very sony - kind of good middle of the road stuff - The Honda Civic of car audio. If you want a good basic unit consider this one
