I have no negative comments about this PDA. I love it and have loved it from the moment I got it and turned it on. It was even fully charged when I received it. The built in wireless, super fast 400mhz Xscale and great video playback with the ATI chip are just some of the features that attracted me. Some people have said that it's bulky... I don't think so at all. Of course there are smaller ones out there, but I like a big screen. The other complaint I've heard is that the power button gets clicked by accident a-lot as does the voice recorder. Never turned it on once by mistake, but the voice-recorder does get hit sometimes. If you like hearing random conversations you may have been in, leave it on, or you can set an option so pressing this button won't turn the device on. That solved the problem for me.
