Pros: great display, good keypad, good battery life, nice speakers, good overall value Cons: too many useless preloaded programs, heavy
I was skeptic before buying this notebook.... because i've heard good and bad things about Toshiba. The fact is that you can get a laptop with similar specs for 200 to 300 dollars cheaper from HP, one of those refurbished models. so what troubled me when i was screening through laptops was that Toshiba does NOT offer the best price for these specs. i still bought this one because i was only comparing to the prices of IBM and SONY. and Toshiba was the cheapest among the 3 brands.
but the decision to go with this one was right. this notebook pc is my first, and it may be my last until Intel comes out with Pentium5.
