Pros: Reasonably priced; I see that the price is lower this winter than last winter.
Cons: Has digital electronic controls so it won't work with a standard electric outlet preset timer.

We are in our second winter of using two Vornado EH1-0028-06 Compact Heaters to supplement our oil heat furnace. Last winter our oil bill was cut in half, and I expect similar results this winter. Of course, our electric bill went up, but not nearly to the point that it would equal half of our oil bill. This is the best electric space heater I've ever found. It circulates warm air very effectively in a relatively large room.
