Pros: Smart interface, Li-ion battery, vibrate feature, good calling plan Cons: none so far. I have only had it for 24hrs.
After reading this review, I decide to get one for my wife. (So far, I have been playing with it and she has only used it once - opps). I have only had it for 24 hours now, but in that time I really put it through its paces. I also got the K-7 Rave. T ...
Pros: Great cellular coverage ,great sound quality, face plates, affordable phone, fun VM extras. Cons: I have no gripes about this phone! I'd definitely get another one.
I have owned many cellular phones over the past 7 years and have spent much of my heard-earned cash on them. So I was pleasantly surprised by Virgin Mobile's affordable "Party Animal".I had a $150 Sprint PCS phone that would klonk out in department stores ...
Pros: great reception, cheap, good service Cons: size, buttons stick
I picked this phone up originally from Circuit City, for $40. The pay-as-you-go plan appealed to me, and it's hard to find a phone that cheap without signing a 1- or 2-year contract to go with it. Virgin Mobile (the "plan"): The best part ...
Pros: Affordable, excellent customer service, good product. Cons: Accessories are overpriced.
If you're anything like me, you don't have the pocket money or the ability to sign onto a cellular calling plan. Contracts broken cost a lot, and the various plans are usually geared toward jacking you the second you go over your minutes. Nights, ...
Pros: Clear reception, cheap, easy to use Cons: Not very fashionable, buttons wear
Virgin Mobile has superior customer service and when you compare it to a low-minutes cell plan with a major company, it is much cheaper. This is a good phone, it comes with a few games and all the typical cell phone features. It has clear reception and works just fine. The buttons wear a little bit after use. This is not the most aesthetically pleasing phone, but it isn't ugly and it's pretty comfortable to hold and talk on.

Pros: Virgin Mobile Pay As You Go Plan Cons: Out of Style
A friend of ours had this phone for years. It is not a bad phone but it really is an out of date model. If you are looking for a great phone with Virgin Mobile Pay As You Go pricing, consider spending a lot more on the v7 Flasher Camera Phone, it is worth it! Or if you have to go with a lower priced model I suggest the k9 Rave. Shop around, Virgin Mobile has a ton of great phones to fit everyone's needs.
Virgin Mobile Rules - Live Without A Plan by callingindead ,Dec 07 '04
Pros: Superphonic Ringtones, Built-in flashlight, Pay-As-You-Go! Cons: Sorry but the phones rule!
My friend has this phone says it is pretty decent. I have the Kyocera K9. It looks good and sounds even better! Blue backlighting is hott! One of the only phones I know of with Superphonic Ringtones - download actual song clips, instead of cheesy midi versions. Built-in flashlight is ultra handy, and 3 pre-loaded games are fun on the run!
Virgin Mobiles NEW Kyocera K7 Rave is Hot! by morpheusxp ,Oct 11 '03
Pros: Polyphonic ringtones,"tetris",it fits in the palm of your hand.(the Rave not the party animal) Cons: None
I just picked up Virgin Mobiles new Kyocera K7 Rave. This phone has everything you could ask for in a pint sized package. It has downloadable polyphonic ring tones(they sound alot better than the beeps your used to on the old monophonic ringtones),a blue backlight display for seeing in the dark,3 games including "tetris",and a built in flashlight. Virgin also has the best prepaid service out there. Just .25 a min the first ten minutes of each day then .10 a minute for the rest of the day. That includes voicemail, call waiting, and caller ID. What more could you ask for? (Remember this review is for the Rave not the Party Animal!)
