Cons: Rebate comes from the Express Group who are rude and merciless.

Very nice system for infrequent users. Great phone, very easy to set up. Virgin Mobile customer service was nice and helpful.
The negative from the rebate experience clouds the entire deal. I will never buy anything from Virgin Mobile or anything involving the Express Group rebate fulfillment.
