I have enjoyed using rock bottom golf. I have my friends using it as well. This time a item was out of stock, but they contacted me and we found a substitute product. I buy from them whenever I need something around golf.

Even though I gave them the correct address on their shipping information form, they shipped it to an old address obtained from Yahoo. When I emailed them, it took the remainder of a weekend plus 2 days to respond (they promise 4 hours)and, their response was they would do nothing unless the item was returned to them and they would re-ship it to the correct address only at my further expense. PS - It stated on their confirmation that they purchased the item on ebay.

once the item was shipped, you could track it from Virginia to Pennsylvania, then nothing for a week., than put on the truck for delivery at 9:37 am, but not delivered until 8:00 pm.(plus they didn't even ring my doorbell)

This merchant sells, primarily, closeout merchandise. Because of this sometimes the products can be a little dusty or not in "perfect" condition. However the prices paid for these products is usually cosiderably less than any other retail or internet site. I have made several purchases from this merchant and have never been dissatisfied.

I have found the clubs I want for a verry low price... Couldn't find the price better anywhere else. Where else could you get a brand new set of Adams GT2 irons GT2 Driver, and GT2 3&5 wood and only pay like 220 for the whole set? I will keep ordering my products from this store until they quit selling!!

Upon placing an order for three golf bags on line, the form indicated that the "free wedges" didn't have the appropriate "code" on the entry form. We called and were told what code to put; the form indicated that was not correct. We called again, and was told the same thing. The order indicated it was not complete. The following morning, I attempted to place the order once again and went through the same process with the code for the free wedges. Placed another call. Was told the same thing; each time we told the rep what was happening. The code was finally accepted. When I looked at my checking account the following day, I was ASTONISHED to see that my account had been "dinged" three times for three orders; $204.96; $204.96, and $278.95........the last amount was that I WAS BEING CHARGED FOR THE FREE WEDGES!!! I spoke with Shane who stated he would refund the $69.95 for the free wedges, however, I would have to wait for the $204.96 X 2 to be refunded when the six bags would be returned to them. Shane was unable to stop the other bags from being shipped; he stated they were already on the truck. So, I refused acceptance of the six bags (as I already had the only three I wanted to begin with). I am now awaiting refund of my money and feel that since I refused the shipment, the bags are not in my possession, and I should have a full refund now. I would certainly shop there again, if this situation is corrected quickly (i.e. my money placed back in my account asap). Thank you. Bonnie Squires 775 972 5800
