I suppose that it is unavoidable that there is a two day delay, processing overseas credit cards. Perhaps for those repeat customers, such as myself, an expedited process could be applied. However, a no big deal really and another very pleasant shopping experience.

After a slight previous hiccup I have found that the pre and after sales service second to none. I would definitely recommend this merchant to anyone and will if need be use them again.

I made two orders on the same day about 1 hour apart. A call was made to the shipper so i would be able to consoladate the 2 orders and save on the price of shipping but the company (rock bottom) said i would not be able to do this for what ever reason. In the future I will consider some other company because the money i might have saved,I lost on fed-ex shipping cost.I was not happy with this.

I was disappointed that I orders the incorrect loft & tried to switch out to another clube & Rock Bottom could not make the change. I called & emailed Rocl Bottom.
