I've gotten two complete sets from Rockbottomgolf.com and am really surprised at their prices and satisfied with their service. The second set I bought were Wilson AD's and the next closest price I could find on the web was $60 more (some as high as $180 more) for the exact same thing. They've always shipped quick and had absolutely no problems. I've price checked so many products that I almost don't even bother anymore. I know I'm getting it for less than I'd pay anywhere else. Highly recommended...

Top notch deal. 100% satisfied with price, shipment and delivery.Merchandise is first class. I started to order an putter along with the new driver. Wish I had since it would have saved on shipping when I do order one later.

Iam one who dosent like to use my credit card online,but i decided to order a set of irons from Rock Bottom Golf. Iam glad to say that i will be ordering a set of woods from them. the delivery speed was just as they said, my order was just as i had ordered, and my overall satisfaction was excelent. Oh yes i almost forgot to mention the fact that they had the best price of anybody. Great job Rock Bottom Golf. You will be hearing from me soon.

Good service, fast turnaround, and the product was exactly as described. Product was appropriately packed and shipped very quickly after the order was placed. No problems at all.

I have placed two orders with this organization.

On two occasions it has been a complete nightmare.  You have to wait a day to get an answer and it is never a complete answer.

Nobody and I mean nobody ever answers the phone.  Nobody ever calls back.

I am still missing a driver that they never sent and I am waiting on a replacement product that was mailed back over 15 days ago.

The company hides behind low prices.  The might have cheap products but they also come with cheap service.

You get what you pay for.  You get nothing with Rock Bottom Golf.

Excellent experience. Ordered on 12/20 and was sent 2day in time for C-mas, FREE shipping and 1/2 the price of local sports store. I don't know much about the product, clubs for my bf, but he seems pretty impressed. Will def do business with again.

By far the best place to buy golf equipment.  The Cleveland wedges I ordered arrived at my house in no time at all and in perfect brand new condition. I don't see any need to bother myself with shopping around anymore.  I KNOW the best deals I will find are right here at rockbottomgolf.com Thanks Scratch.

This is an awesome golf shop ! They have specials throughout the year. My last order with them was for a set of new "Ram FX Tour" irons. They have the best price for this item and it was delivered on time. They shipped UPS and the order tracking worked well.

I did not need to use their customer service at all.

Overall, I am very satisfied with RockBottomGolf.

I contacted company concerning my order. One item was shipped from another company they ordered from but the rest of my order was never shipped from this company. They refused to check into it and I have not been able to get them to respond after our initial correspondence. They are very rude and do not care about their customers.

The prices for the products on here are great as a first time visitor to a golf outlet site, I thought I would start off small, I ordered the Oakley shorts they arrived when they said they would. the site even sent me tracking info. I love being a rockhead and my next set of clubs will definitely be purchased through you and not one of these major chains where they could care less about you(PGA Superstore, you know what I am talking about.)

Purchased new driver, most helpful, answered emails promptly etc............Until I paid......... Driver arrived damaged, suddenly they won't answer any of my 7 emails, won't talk online (1st in queue 3 occasions waited over 1 hour on 1 occasion. NO BACK UP SERVICE WHATSOEVER ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. If you are fortunate enough to have your products arrive undamaged they may be ok. The driver was packed in a cardboard box that was good however no other protection or packaging whatsoever. I then contacted Fed Ex who managed to obtain a response. A new driver has now been dispatched. This morning (3 days later when they said I would have a response in 4 hours) I have received a response to all my emails advising a new club is on its way. Pity that because I have already had the other one repaired as I couldnt get a response.................

Well my experience started out good... "UNTIL" the order was shipped... Then only one of the two drivers I paid for shipped from your facility, oh and I paid for overnight express shipment. Then the next morning after I ordered the drivers I received an email from you stating the exact same drivers that I ordered less then 24 hours earlier went on sale for $20.00 cheaper each. I tried to call customer services which went no where "some kind of trade show everyone was at"??? no one there could make a decision on the price drop or if I would be credited or ? Then the delivery of the club "note club not clubs" and the phone calls back and forth from FEDEX trying to track this down. Low and behold only one was picked up at your facility by the FEDEX driver. I fill you guys owe me big time for all this, if not then I won't be a repeat or flattering customer. I ordered on a Tuesday. I needed the product for a weekend birthday so I used three day shipping that cost me an extra $15. I expected the product would arrive Friday. It did not and I did not have a package for the birthday. I contacted Rock Bottom golf. They refused to refund my shipping payment. They said the 3 day guarantee did not include the shipping day. I reviewed their website. That information is not posted anywhere. Rock Bottom was very sarcastic with me and tried to push the blame on me, Fed Express and everyone else except themselves. I believe if a company will manipulate shipping charges to take money from you then who knows what else they will or will not do. I won't use them again.
