We cant say enough about our great experience with our loan officer Michael Laudisio at refinance.com. He was very informative and always kept in good touch with us, several times a day. Whereas, in the past with other loan officers, with other refinancing companies, we would either never here back or were not able to help us as much as he did. We would defiantly recommend refinance.com. We are very happy and satisfied to be out of the whole we were digging with our previous loan.

I was in debt up to my eyeballs. I had never even considered refinancing as I didn't think I was eligible. Riding in my car to Queens, NY, I heard the commercial for refinance.com. I called on my cell phone immediately.

I had nothing but time that day. Hesitant to call - I gave my info and within one week I am debt free and feeling no more anxiety about my bills. They were honest, and considered each option for my situation.

Joseph G. was my loan officer and all I can say is WOW! I originally closed with Refinance.com and rescinded the transaction because my current bank got "wind" of losing the loan. So when they came in at a cheaper rate as a business rule I go where I can save money. Hence, they "dilly dallied" with the loan closing process and hadn't closed on the loan "WHICH THEY ALREADY HELD" and gave me the run around which ended up costing me another $2,000. I knew that I wouldn't close on the loan by the end of this month. I emailed Joseph G. and he closed the loan in 2 days without all the hassle. All I can say again is WOW! Bottom line is that the loan officers are likened to a well oiled machine. Reminds me of the Lakers with Magic Johnson running the point!
