I would recommend Refinance.com and ask for Jay Christiano!!! We were on an adjustable rate mortgage with no relief in sight. My husband heard the commercial for Refinance.com on the radio and called them. Within less than 2 weeks, we were approved for a FIXED rate mortgage!!!! I would urge anyone who is in a similar situation to try Refinance.com and see if Jay can work a "miracle" for you as well!!!! Thank you Refinance.com and thank you Jay Christiano!!!!!!

I would like to thank all at refinance.com. From Big Johny Waz, Meagan, Miss Dee. And of course Ryan. I was stuck in an ARM that was going up, and soon to be divorced. Two other Brokers, one of which I got the Arm through, and the other from the bank that held the loan, told me no chance. But Ryan listened, he told me he could lower my payment by 300. And, from what I hear, with some help, he did just that. I went from a possible foreclosure to salvation. I couldn't be happier. I didn't understand why the man who knew me and worked with me wouldn't help. But a stranger from across the country bent over backwards to make this happen. And I have to admit working with someone over the phone made me edgy. But Ryan worked hard to alleviate that.

Pros: Simple info gathering, spoke to person immediately on phone and told info would be shredded.
Cons: Specified state twice before filling out info and then being informed they don't do Georgia.

I can only say that their web site could use some improvement by eliminating those states in which they aren't licensed or aren't processing loans from the list so you don't have to waste your time filling in all of your current loan and contact info.

Pros: Quick constant communication and In home closing
Cons: No face to face....little time to review paperwork prior to closing.

My credit score is terrible and refinance.com was able to take me from an 10.875% loan to a 6.5% loan saving me over $400 a month in interest costs. From the day I contacted refinance.com until the day I closed which was 10 days, Alan kept in close contact with me at all times including after hours when he was home to ensure everything was done quickly and efficiently with no out of pocket expenses. I wanted to refinanced my mortgage in order to increase my disposable income. Jay Christiano of Refinance.com, helped me through the complex process of refinancing my home. He did this much faster than I thought possible. In just a few days he had enabled me to pay off all my outstanding debts by consolidating them into one new mortgage. Most efficient home refinancing experience we have had, of many over the years. From initial contact to closing: less than 4 days (Monday afternoon to Thursday evening). From closing to funding: less than a week.
Closing occurred in the evening in our home -- no need to take off from work or meet in some attorney's office.
They were willing to work with us on closing costs, as well.

Pros: Easily accessible, concerned loan officers and underwriters.
Cons: Not a local company

I wasn't prepared to refinance when I did, because I didn't think it was possible, considering my finances and credit. Jason Morano of Refinance.com not only encouraged and helped me throughout the process, but personally 'bent-over-backwards to see things got done! Everyone I worked with was helpful and truly concerned with the whole process. I have already begun to refer my friends for a easy refinance that may lower their current mortgage!

At first I was a skeptic. I thought working with someone so far away would make the process more trouble for me. On the contrary, I found it was easier to deal with them via email and the phone, rather than having to drive to an office after work. I could call when it was convenient for me. James Gagnon was awesome and so patient. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. And how attentive he was to me and my loan process helped to blur the line between New York and Washington State. He took into consideration all my wants and needs and the time line I wanted it all done in and managed to make it happen, despite MY delays. He was able to get me the loan I wanted when others couldn't make it happen. Not even my own sister who is a loan officer for a bank could get me a better deal, or even match this one! I was about to be in a world of hurt financially, but thanks to James Gagnon and his team I am in a much better situation. Thanks James!

When I called Refinance.com I thought they were going to be like all the others and turn me down, but I still tried to remain hopeful because of their commercial. I explained my situation to the loan specialist (Tom P.) and he was very helpful and understanding. Even though my situation was bleak, he gave it his all to try and help me. Never at any time did he give me false hope like the others had. He was upfront and honest and did everything he could to help me. Once my loan cleared I was able to close the next day! This loan experience has been the best I've ever had. No words can truly express what Refinance.com has done for me. Because of them I am able to keep my house. They truly are a company with heart!

My dealings with Refinance.com were very easy and professional. I was actually getting quotes and dealing with 3 on line companies and Refinance.com turned out to be the best of the three. Kevin Welsome and his manager Mike Braunstein were very professional and easy to deal with. The whole process right up to the closing at my house took just 6 business days start to finish. The appraisal company that they use are also very professional and easy to deal with.

Jay from the Syosset office was wonderful! When I locked-in a refinance on Monday evening, he said that we'd be closing within the week, and he was right on! We closed in our own home on Friday evening of that same week, in less than an hour. It was so nice to be able to get this done and out of the way and behind us. Jay and his team were very helpful and I am amazed that we were able to get this done so quickly!

Dealt with this company via lowermybills.com. Quick to initiate contact, however, did not follow up calls/emails/fax in a timely manner. Was not notified when appraisel time was changed. Overall service with Anthony G. was not pleasent. Despite poor service, offered good rates and financing options. However, felt that these rates could be obtained from another lender.
