I wasn't prepared to refinance when I did, because I didn't think it was possible, considering my finances and credit. Jason Morano of Refinance.com not only encouraged and helped me throughout the process, but personally 'bent-over-backwards to see things got done! Everyone I worked with was helpful and truly concerned with the whole process. I have already begun to refer my friends for a easy refinance that may lower their current mortgage!

I could not be more pleased from the service I received from Ryan Brandle at Refinance.com! I was stuck in an ARM with a rate over 11%. I tried other companies who essentially told me I was stuck and they could not help. Ryan listened to what my goals were, and I felt like he was an advocate for me in getting my payment as low as possible. I am now saving $600 a month!!! My experience was by far the most painless experience I have ever had with a mortgage company. Thank you Ryan!!

Jay from the Syosset office was wonderful! When I locked-in a refinance on Monday evening, he said that we'd be closing within the week, and he was right on! We closed in our own home on Friday evening of that same week, in less than an hour. It was so nice to be able to get this done and out of the way and behind us. Jay and his team were very helpful and I am amazed that we were able to get this done so quickly!

My dealings with Refinance.com were very easy and professional. I was actually getting quotes and dealing with 3 on line companies and Refinance.com turned out to be the best of the three. Kevin Welsome and his manager Mike Braunstein were very professional and easy to deal with. The whole process right up to the closing at my house took just 6 business days start to finish. The appraisal company that they use are also very professional and easy to deal with.

We have been told by many other companies that we would never be able to refinance. Yes, it was a very hard, long road for us, but Refinance.com and Wells Smith were our tour guides and helped us every step of the way. Even when we were close to giving up the gave us the confidence to continue. They were in contact with us everyday to see how we were doing and what they could do to help. Most efficient home refinancing experience we have had, of many over the years. From initial contact to closing: less than 4 days (Monday afternoon to Thursday evening). From closing to funding: less than a week.
Closing occurred in the evening in our home -- no need to take off from work or meet in some attorney's office.
They were willing to work with us on closing costs, as well.

Pros: Honest, professional, and supportive is what Refinance.com is. I recommend them highly and professionally.
Cons: Some of the processing was tedious, but ultimately got straighted out.

We cant say enough about our great experience with our loan officer Michael Laudisio at refinance.com. He was very informative and always kept in good touch with us, several times a day. Whereas, in the past with other loan officers, with other refinancing companies, we would either never here back or were not able to help us as much as he did. I was very nervous at first working with someone online. But everyone I dealt with made me feel quite at ease and assured me that everything would be fine. My refinance loan agent, John Raffaele, was more than helpful doing everything he could to get me the best possible rate. It was easy getting all of the loan documentation together with the support of Kim Melkum and all of her emails! You both walked me through the entire scary process and I cannot Thank You enough! Although it was completed through faxes, emails and phone calls it certainly felt like service with a smile! This was definitely a successful process!
