Details: Caffe Bondi has the airy feel of the terrace of a Tuscan villa. Flower arrangements lend pastoral ease to the restaurant's crisp decor. The menu features first courses of smoked tuna carpaccio, mussels braised in orange sauce, and gnocchi with almond pesto. Secondi piatti highlights include roasted lamb chops with mascarpone-and-gorgonzola-stuffed pears, and rabbit marinated in wine and braised with celery, capers and vinegar with a side of caramelized grapes. Caffe Bondi hosts special events (like the annual artichoke dinner) and offers baking seminars at their Bruno Bakery. There is garden dining in the summer months.
