Details: Call it making a silk purse from a sow's ear. Larry Squillace has owned this Jughead-hat-looking heptagaloptaseptagonal building for 21 years and through several theme incarnations, the most recent of them being ... oh well, read the title. Each booth is covered in canvas like a pioneer wagon and saucily dressed saloon women serve ribs (not bad, by the way). Only in Anaheim.
