Details: This breakfast and lunch venue (known during the day as Shunk and Evelyns) metamorphoses in the evening and after dark to "Frankie's at Night". That is, the counter stools are removed and the menu changes from breakfast food, sandwiches and platters to serious south Philadelphia Italian food -- though the decor, consisting mainly of autographed celebrity pictures, empty wine bottles and cans of staples remains constant.
