Details: A beautifully crafted antique bar sets the tone for this small but well-designed South Philaldelphia restaurant. While the location is definitely "deep in the heart of S.P.," most of the food is not typical of the area. "Hay and Straw" is the definition of the name and the hand-made pasta by that name is best served with prosciutto and cream -- and, oddly enough, as an ice-cream dessert.
