Details: This husband and wife owned eatery has been educating the palates of Long Beachers on Vietnamese cuisine since 1984. The red and blue restaurant fagade beckons to shoppers in the adjoining shops and outlets. Inside it is singular room scarlet and black with dim wood tables and chairs. A bambooed mural painted by a local artist friend occupies one wall and a crimson stripe the others. Righteous food in a likable dinning room is offered with house favorites being the bacon, egg, and barbecue pork and beef noodle soup.
