Details: A new pizzeria situated right across from the Portland Community College Cascade Campus, Vinnie's owner/manager has worked in quite a few large pizza operations over the years. His goal is to make this establishment "as non-corporate as possible." Classical music plays in the background of this clean, friendly spot, and you can peek back into the open kitchen to see pizza dough flying in the air, and fresh produce being prepared for salads and toppings.
