This game sucks. It is the same thing over and over. Get more experience, get new armor, get new weapon, kill monsters, get more experience, get new armor, get new weapon, etc, etc, etc. It gets really old really quick. Also, the save game system is garbage. If you save your game and exit, when you come back you have to REKILL every monster you have already killed. It is SOOOOOOO lame. Also, there is one part in the game called "the flayer jungle" or something. It is filled with these annoying little midgets that shoot dart guns at you and then run off where you cant kill them. There's nothing fun about that. And there's this boss in the game called the Summoner that is almost impossible to get to, but when you do like one hit kills him. Also, the blacksmiths dont build anything that you can really use. Everything that's decent you have to kill to get. The whole socketed weapon thing is dumb. Wirt's leg is dumb. The spiders are dumb. The snakes are dumb. The cinematics are ok. Diablo is stupid looking. He looks really top heavy like he wouldn't really even be able to walk. Also the game doesnt take long to finish. Another thing thats lame is that none of the treasure chests or whatever are cursed. I used to have a game called 'temple apshai' on my c64 that sometimes when you opened something you would get poisoned or something and die. That made the game GOOD because you didn't just walk around picking stuff up willy nilly. That game was 10x the game diablo2 is even those the graphics were light years behind. All in all I'd say this game sucks.
