I am in my early twenties and looking for a mentor for real estate investing. I figure with your mentioning of CSheets that you may be someone to talk to. I am in the process of getting different books, like Rich Dad Poor Dad and "How to succeed and make money with your first rental." I think with these books downloaded in my brain I'll have more help to start investing. I have my own home which I'll be selling once I get a full time job, so I really liked your epinion. I need good books to read. Thanks!
