| ash82's Full Review: Apple iBook (M8603LL/A) Mac Notebook |
As a university student, I was in the market for something simple but still capable of handling lots of typing and the usual Net surfing, watching DVD's and storing my MP3's.
Having never used Mac OS before I was a little hesitant in buying the iBook; however, after using my brother's PowerBook for no more than 10 minutes, I was convinced that Apple was definitely getting a new customer!
This thing is truly gorgeous - it has NEVER crashed, I can connect to my university's (Windows-based) networks with no hassle, file sharing between platforms is seamless, and most of all, the design is amazing.
Simplicity and function at its best - if you're ready to move on from constant BlueScreensofDeath and the every-6-month-reformat-my-C-drive pain of Windows, get yourself a Mac!
