We book our vacation package directly with Funjet vacations, and right from the start they were so nice to us. To be on the safe side we included the funjet insurance, with was really nice, because if we had to cancel, they would have been able to give as a full refund, even if we would wait till the last minute to cancel. Also with this waiver, they guaranteed us the lowest price. meaning, if our package would have gone on sale, after we already paid for it, they would have rebooked it at the lower rate and refunded us the rest of the money. How cool is that? So we made sure we had that waiver. The vacation was to Mexico. The check in at the airport was nice and hassle free. The plane was nice and clean and the stewardess was friendly and very helpful. It just seemed like the time "flew" by in no time and we arrived in viva la Mexico. They made some changes to the Cancun airport, it is bigger and nicer now. After we claimed our luggage we went to the exit of the airport and a funjet rep was welcoming us on a bus, they took our suitcases and sent us on our way to the hotel. After arriving there they gave us the date and time for the pick up (return flight). How easy was that? Even at the hotel they had a funjet rep and he helped us organize some tours. The return was just as smooth and hassle free as the time coming here. We loved it!!!
