Last year booked travel to Venice and Rome.  Train tickets from Venice to Rome were in Italian and not until we were trying to board the train did we find out the tickets were for dates a month before.  Since the travel company did not provide the tickets until a couple of days out it was clearly their fault.  I had to buy tickets at Train Station to continue trip.  Notified Gate 1 upon my return, provided them copies of everything, then they acted as if I had screwed something up.  Took three months of e-mails and phone calls before they would refund my money for the train ticket.  Otherwise everything was fine, too bad this one peice of horrible customer service will keep me from using them again.
