We booked the Vienna, Budapest and Prague tour after my brother-in-law highly recommended them after a tour to Italy with them.  We could not have been happier.   Our tour guide, Paula, was so personable and knowledgeable.  Our hotels were beautiful and central, includedmeals were wonderful. The excursions were a very good value.  We loved having enough time in each city to explore on our own and Paula was a great help in showing us how to get around on our own.  There was no pressure to buy their tours and I've seen some criticism about the cost of their excursions.  Personally, I felt we saw more and saved time in using Go Ahead for touring.  We were always in front of other tours at the sites and always had great guides in every city.  Paula also arranged some fun tours, like the night dinner cruise on the Danube while in Budapest.  So much fun!  We never had to use our travel insurance, but I would not travel without it.  Our only criticism would be we had a very short time between landing in Munich and getting our flight to Budapest.  We almost missed the connecting flight.  We loved our experience so much with Go Ahead that we just booked a 25 day tour to Australia, New Zealand and Figi this summer and we can't wait.  We highly recommend Go Ahead!
