Same for Angola... I carried my expired passport that had the valid visa, and would present it along with my new passport.

that's interesting . . . I don't think China will grant a visa if your passport is slated to expire before the visa is. They're sticklers for details.

It does say something about a company that would keep inept people on its staff, though.
If you want to avoid any future NH ratings from your review, you might consider removing Melissa's last name, but that's your choice. Believe me, there are more members on this site who agree with RCJones than they do with me. I was a journalism major, so the more specific your details are, the better you form your case.

Thanks Adrienne. With some businesses, who you deal with is even more important than the company they work for in terms of the service you get. For example, if I got a great haircut I would definitely refer the particular stylist. Having said that, though, and taking all the comments into consideration, I will think twice before posting someone's name. Melissa is very nice and although I won't use her again she could have just been having an off day.

This is a matter of your personal preference. From what I can see, BeachGirl23 is conveying her personal experience from a consumer transaction and not going out of her way to attack the agent on a personal level. All this is about the agent's professional skills. It's not how I would approach the case, but I see no libel here.
