| dingess31's Full Review: 2000 Honda CR250R |
The Honda CR250R is a machine thats been hyped up alot but in reality is not a very good bike.
The best feature about this bike is it's seat. If thats the best part about a bike, the machine can't be worth much. The seat foam is very comfortable and provides the most cushioning of any 250 class bike. The only other positive to the bike is it is very light weight. This factor helps to make up the ground Honda lost in producing this bike because it makes the machine very manageable in narrow turns.
The negatives are numerous. The biggest one involves the bike's power. There is almost no low end, which makes the bike very difficult to ride on a track with tight turns, so the plus about light weight is canceled out by this failure to provide the bike with ample acceleration and horsepower.
