Pros: Reliability, availability, cheap price, gas mileage, large enough for 95% of riding needs FUN!!.
Cons: It is a tiny bike, but large enough for 95% of riding.
The Bottom Line: Buy one, you won't be dissapointed.

Firs of all I'm 6'6" tall and 215lbs. I test rode the bike and loved its extremely happy sounding mechanicals, crisp shifting and super light weight handling, great gas mileage, and snappy brakes. But I was nervous about the ergonomics, my legs are quite bent up under me. But then again I was only getting this bike to ride around town, NOT on trips. The price came down...and I bought her.
2 days of riding to work...and I LOVE IT. This little bike is a blast! It is like a little rocket, the handling is so great, it is like a 2-wheel go cart. I feel like a little kid again. Yes it is too small for me to be an all-around motorcycle, but is it too small to be useful and to enjoy? NO!! This bike makes a great little commuter and around town pocket rocket even for me at 6'6". I get to stretch my legs at stoplights, and between them I'm having so much fun I don't notice my bent legs!
I would be nervous to go on rides much more than maybe 20-30 minutes at a time with my long legs, but it wouldn't be the end of the world. But in town it is a blast!! Are you going to take this bike on 10-day tours, no, not if you are my size. But will you love the little bike, yes!
I can see why people with bigger faster machines still keep their little 250 around. Something about a cheap little dependable bike that you can't beat in utility. And the little clips for bungy cords/cargo net are perfect for taking your duffle bag to the gym.
If you're looking at a moped, forget it, and get a Ninja 250 instead, you'll have a much more useful machine with great gas mileasge but the ability to cruis on the interstate and longer trips for the same price!
You can find them with low low miles (1000-2000mi) for $1500 or less. And you can't go wrong with that. Buy it.
