Pros: Comfort, Powerful and no Vibrations at cruzing speeds
Cons: Black hands from all day riding (cheap factory grips).
The Bottom Line: This is the bike I would ride anywhere, anytime with anyone. I know I will make it without touching a wrench. Hint hint to my HD friends.

| webwolf-vroc's Full Review: 2000 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 Nomad Fi |
I purchased my Nomad in the fall of 2002 and have piled on the miles. I have been riding for 30 years and have found my bike. Most of my friends run HD's and most of them have ridden my Nomad. I have not found an HD owner yet say they do not like the ride, the power or anything else about the bike. I am a VROC member and in that group, there is quite a bit of experience to draw from. You can find out anything about the bike and how to fix any problems. My wife and I take trips on it all the time and haven't found any mechanical problems, just get rid of the stock Bridgestone tires and the cheap grips that are comfortable but leave your hands black. I would highly recommend this bike, it is a real winner.
