Could use some specifics (Reply to this comment)

I'm totally discounting this review because the problems the reviewer had are not clearly described. Some people are just whiners and others have legitimate grips. Without specifics I have to assume the former rather than the latter.

Helpful but (Reply to this comment)
by chazyouwin, chazyouwin is an Advisor on Epinions in Cars & Motorsports
just barely, because the review is focused on the many problems. Helpful reviews ususally have a bit broader focus.

This is an alarming trend. (Reply to this comment)

I'm reading more and more about how dealer's refuse to fix problems and the manufacturer says it's between the customer and the dealer!

I think I might try another shop and with the attitude that Kawasaki has given you I'd not buy another!

It sounds like that shop doesn't want to do whatever is required to get to that valve cover gasket and they aren't actually doing the work.
