| fromthesouth's Full Review: 2000 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 Nomad Fi |
Since I haven't been riding for about 20 years I was a little skeptical about buying such a big bike, but couldn't resist its features and style and bought it anyway. Glad I did. Riding is better now than then I remember (probably because bikes have come along way in 20 years). This bike is easy to handle, very smooth running and a pleasure to ride. I've added a few chrome pieces from Kawasaki along with a backrest for my wife. I've gotten compliments from Harley, Honda and Yamaha bike owners who question their purchases.
I researched every touring bike I could find and always came back to the Vulcan Nomad FI. It has the best features for the price. It handles great two up and is very comfortable for your passenger also. My wife loves our weekend rides.
