Pros:EVERYTHING
Cons:PLASTIC SKID PLATES

I traded both of my 2000 Warrior's in on this beast, and i must say wow what a bike Yamaha has made. I've only had my bike for two weeks and it has been flawless so far. I rode it at Tower City Pa for 8 straight hours and not one problem, it smoked everything up there, and I wasn't even pushing the motor. This bike is definetly not for younger or unexperienced riders. As for the rumor's it's hard to start when it's cold, it was 1 degree today and it started without any hessatation just put the choke on and hit the button and it fired right up didn't even give it gas. As for the axle bending I've jumped mine several times between 7 and 12 feet and landed hard some of those times and no bent axle. It takes a while to get use to the power of this bike, when climbing hill's if you hit a lower gear and hit the gas it will flip on you so you have to be ready for it. And for turning and it being tippy haven't had a problem, it does have a high center of gravity but not much more than a 400ex(I have ridden a 400ex and they are excellent machines but the Raptor is just a better one. The reverse is 100 times better than the Warrior. At one point last year I said I would never buy another Yamaha product agian because i bent both of my Warrior's frames in the same spot in two weeks, This bike has a stronger frame with metal bars welded where the Warrior's bent this bike was definetly enginered very well.
