I'm not a fan of SUVs and much prefer the agility and handling of cars. However, I got an Element b/c I wanted something with more space to chuck my bikes in without cramming them in my car or loading a bike rack.

Well I got that and a lot more. The E is so easy to drive and is about as nimble and fun as an SUV can be! It almost drives like a car and has a nice smooth ride.

I love the fact that I can have both back seats folded up and away all the time and if I never need them to seat more people, I can have them both down and ready to go in about a minute.

Gas mpg is good as well but I haven't measured what I'm getting. I love the looks as well. I got a 2WD automatic in Shoreline Mist metallic. It weighs almost 200lbs less than the 4WD and I've heard handles a little better.

I highly recommend the E. At least take it for a test drive!
