We have now owned our new Dodge Ram 2500 Quad Cab about 1 year. We absolutely love this truck!!! The truck has a smooth ride, except on bumpy roads, it's a 3/4 ton truck. On the road the truck handles very mice, with sharp responsive steering, and lots of power with the 5.7 liter Hemi. The engine produces 345 hp and 395 ft lbs of Torque, and has a towing rating of almost 11,000 lbs. We have also purchased a 26 ft. travel trailer w/ a 12' slide-out that weighs in at 8400 lbs. This truck handles this load with relative ease. I can go up very steeps roads and rarely get below the 55 mph speed limit, and can pass other RV's with ease. This is a great truck, with lots of power, is very comfortable, handles great, and seats 5 people very comfortably. If you are looking for a great truck, go look at the Dodge Ram, my guess is that you will bring it home. We shopped the other big 3 brands, Ford and Chevrolet, and liked the Dodge much better, and paid $3000 less than a Chevy, and $5000 less than Ford with same equipment list.
