A Pleasant Surprise!

Pros: fun to drive, responsive, good gas mileage
Cons: stereo speakers are a little weak and that is the only con I have found.
The Bottom Line: Buy it. Good car, good price, too bad they are no longer producing them!

When I went to buy a new car I had told my friends "as long as they don't try to sell me a Cavalier we will be fine". So when I drove home in one they all laughed. But this is NOT the Cavalier of the 90's.

This car is comfortable, sporty, reliable, fuel efficient, fun to drive. I drove almost 500 miles straight through and it ran like a top and the seats never became hard to me.

I enjoy the little bells and whistles on the sound system such as the auto volume that turns the stereo up as your speed increases and lowers it as you slow down. That you can set it to search for a certain genre of music station when you travel. The traffic search button that searches for traffic information.

The controls are logically laid out and easy to use. There is little road noise for this price range car. It is not as quiet as a luxury car but quieter than other cars in the same price range that i drove.

I average about 30 mpg mixed highway and in town and 36 highway. I think that is pretty good. Not as good as the Corolla I use to have but not as bad as I was expecting from it.

Over all I am very pleased with my car and do not regret my purchase at all!
