I have owned Hondas, Acura, and Nissan for the last 25 years. I like good handling and tight steering. At first I was skeptical about the Impala. However, I am VERY impressed with the Impala SS my husband bought for me. There is certainly no shortage of power with the V8, and it is fun to drive. There is some torque steer with acceleration, but nothing that can't be handled if you're aware of it. The Bose system is awesome. The seats could use a little more lateral support, but other than that, I have absolutely no complaints. Great job, GM!!
