The 2006 Honda Pilot EX with four wheel drive is the best vehicle that I ever owned. The exterior and interior of the vehicle are of the highest quality and beautiful to look at.

We love the exterior blue color and the gray interior. The outside finish has held up great for the past three years. The inside still looks brand new.

The performance of this SUV is better than any other that I have driven. The steering is tight. The acceleration is more than adequate. The shifting is smooth in acceleration and deceleration. The controls are placed where you would expect them. The heating and AC work perfectly.

The driver seat is a little short for tall drivers, but it is still very firm. The second row seats are comfortable for most passengers. The third row bench is quite small is suitable for young children about twelve years old and younger.

The visibility out of all windows is excellent for the driver. The driver position is very high which makes highway driving at faster speeds and lots of traffic much safer than in a lower riding vehicle.

This SUV is great for stop/start driving around town and for high driving at higher speeds. The gas mileage is not the best, but it is acceptable at about 19 miles per gallon for me.

We only had one tire issue with the vehicle, but the tire was replaced under the added tire warranty which was a few hundred dollars. We leased the vehicle from Honda with very favorable terms. 3.5 years and 15K miles per year. With very little down the payments ended up at about 360/month.
