My father recently factory-ordered an '07 XLT to replace his '04, but it'll still be a month or two before it shows up. Even though I've never been much of a fan of the Expedition (particularly his current one), I'm interested to see how well the alterations were executed. I'm liking what I've seen and heard so far, especially regarding the seats and the redesigned center console. The beefier engine and 6-speed transmission are also music to my ears, not that I really had any serious complaints with those elements in the 2004 model. I just hope they did something with the horrendous heating system...
