| PUFF/1's Full Review: Sony Walkman D-EJ611 Personal CD Player |
This Sony cd walkman is one of the better CD players that I have seen in a while.
First, the anti skip button is located inside the player, under where the cd goes.
Another thing, is that the hold button is easy to find, and stays on when you turn it on. I hate when I turn hold on, and find that it has been jostled and the cd player turned on by itself, wearing out the batteries.
The open button is located in the front of the unit, and is a slide-style button, very nice if its inside a backpack.
It has a feature where you can flip a switch, and normalize the volume, so if you hook it up to a stereo, the speakers will not blow, unless your stereo is like 60000 watts hooked to a 15 watt speaker, briged.
Ok I'm Rambleing.
The volume up/down thing is actually a set of buttons, so instead of having the volume go exceedingly loud, or quiet when you slip it inside your pocket, if you have the hold on, the volume stays right where you left it.
more or less, this Walkman surprised me because I always thought of sony as basically generic when it came to this, but I guess I was wrong.
