First of all, this MP3 player sounds great - much better than the RIO. And, it has a lot more memory so you don't get tired of your songs as fast. However, I recommend being careful if you wish to run with it. The belt clip is not very secure (fits loosely) and a little jarring can send the player flying. This happened to me once and when the player hit the ground the battery cover, batteries and player went flying in different directions. Luckily, the Pocket Concert is made to withstand such shocks, with only a little loss of paint and it played perfectly after I put all the pieces back together again. The earphones are not made to stay on during running (at least on my head) unless I stick some of the plastic part behind my ears, and then the earpads do not fit well over my ears. If you buy one, don't look for much written documentation (for example, the written documentation does not explain how to save radio station settings) as the documentation is found within the Audio Manager software. Also, the volume control needs to be a little more responsive.
I know that this review sounds negative but I believe the Pocket Concert is still the best portable MP3 player on the market today because of its great sound and large amount of memory.
