| mayott's Full Review: JVC MX-K5 CD Shelf System |
In january of 2002 I purchased a JVC MX-5 from Sams-Club. I payed $149.99 for it and I dcided to purchase it because it had the most watts and the best value for the price range.
And let me tell you this was the best purchase I have made in a long time, I listen to it daily, and the sound is Great, the Bass is awsome, and t is plenty loud enough even for a large room. I love to use the alarm to wake me in the morning set to the exact track of the exact CD I wanted it or radio station, even Tape! you can control th volume on th alarm,as well as the turn on/off time I's GREAT!
I did a lot of shoping, and browsing other systems I looked into were made by Aiwa, JVC, and Phillips. but the others for the same price range only had about 80-100 WATTs of power, and a comparable sound quality.
I would recomend this mini system to anybody not looking to spend too much, but still wants a good quality machine.
