We purchase these 144 count Dart Balloons for a Dart Balloon Board Carnival Game we use in our business.
The balloons as noted are but 5" in diameter. This is a good size for a dart game being large enough for some winners yet not too big where breaking them is no challenge at all.
These packages of 144 are multi-coloured. The balloons are a bright blue, red, pink, yellow, and many others that I never really paid much attention too. The colours I know are bright, even when stretched to the max.
The biggest problem in running a balloon dart board game is blowing up the balloons and mounting them. We use a manual hand blower to do the chore that can get old very quickly when manning such an event.
These don't have a very large neck so it isn't easy to keep blowing them up without a tool. Tying them up is also difficult after a while.
We staple the balloons to the board by stretching the neck and shooting the balloon at that point. These balloons, though tough to keep blowing up all day are tough, don't have many rejects and don't burst unexpectedly too often.
We also use these as water balloons for games and such. They are tough enough to hold water and light enough to break when playing games with them. They are tough enough that we can make many ahead of time and pile them in buckets and they don't break under the weight of the balloons place on top.
We happen to have two balloon launchers in open cages that we set up in fields opposite each other. These five inch balloons happen to be the perfect size for the holder that the balloons are set in before their thirty yard journey. These of course break on contact. Perfect!
We continue to purchase this 144 pk of multi-coloured 5" balloons for our business for both dart games and water games.
