If I owned a magazine or newspaper company, I would hire you to be a writer for my company. Great writing as usual Howard.

That's the prettiest-sounding cemetery I've heard of. Howard, I wonder if you could instead just include all those links on your profile page and just have one link to them?

I must admit to being a camera illiterate, but each time I read one of your excellent and informative camera reviews, I decide that before our next trip, I am going to get my husband a new state-of-the-art camera.
But we still haven't replaced his Canon rebel (non-digital) camera that he has gotten so fond of and has learned to master so well. Maybe next year....
The balloon festival sounded like an incredible experience and a wonderful photo opportunity.
Thanks for the kind words of encouragement...I actually think I will try to get back to writing again soon...
Have a nice weekend

I thought maybe I had an original idea but I see that I was beaten to the punch. I'd love to see some of the pictures with each review, maybe one or two on your profile matching your latest review - just a thought. Thanks, Mark

As Always Howard!

I do prefer the SmartMedia card or CompactFlash card over the CRDW. I find that the Sony cameras with the CDRW are slower and a little bulkier to handle. Though their cameras do produce a good quality photo. I haven’t seen this model yet, I am curious to check one out!

these kinds of cameras (with CD-R technology), is that they are surely headed for the dustbin in a year or two. I could be wrong, but I wouldn't risk it.

Great review.
