| peco99999's Full Review: Sony Walkman MZ-E900 Personal MiniDisc Player |
I own 2 portable MD recorder/players and 1 deck, so I decieded to buy a Portable player. After a short search, I found this. It has every feature you could imagine, including MDLP which allows you to play discs with 320 minutes of music on it. The sound is amazing and you wont notice a difference from a CD in 1X mode. The player is about 1/2 of an inch thick! Easily fits in any pocket you own. It is also very light. The remote is very nice too. It has a jog dial for track selection and volume. There is also a clip on the back which I use for cliping to my belt. The screen is backlit so you could use at night. The features that I use is the Disc memory so it will remember the disc and continue from where you lost stopped it, even if it was years ago. It has a adjustable Bass and Treble so you can customize the sound. You can also change the play speed, which is pointless, but it can be fun. There are many more features, but I dont use them so i couldn't comment. The rechargable battery is a "gumstick" battery, which looks like a stick of gum. It has a external charger, which is no problem at all. The headphones are nice too because they fold up.
