Cons: Kills factory speakers from extreme bass.
The Bottom Line: I would recommend this to anyone who wants to upgrade his or her system. Great quality will beat the competition with out a problem.

I bought this stereo in June 2001 it is very great for the price. The sound is great if you want bass look no further then pioneer. Why spend extra money it has a detachable faceplate. It has easy to reach controls. CD player is the best that I have ever heard anywhere I listen to CD’s all the time and it has never failed me once. The wattage is 200 watts. That means 50 watts per speaker can you imagine that. It has the built I mosfet chip that is in the 500 stereos. With this stereo I would recommend getting new speakers. For 6x9 speakers I would recommend the pioneer speakers. For 4x6 speakers I would recommend blaupunkt, because of the great handling power that no other speakers can handle.
