| echoofformless's Full Review: Pioneer DEH-2300 Car CD Player |
There are so many expensive CD players around for your car, but as long as PIoneer pumps out models like this, you have no need to waste your money.
I bought this model to replace my older Pioneer unit, and i was happy to see that this model is even easier to use, and actually sounds better than my old one which was no older than 2 years at the time.
But there is one hidden beauty that Pioneer CD players have over a lot of others: the radio doesn't come blasting into your ears when you eject a CD. If you are shopping for a CD player, this is something you may want to think about. There's nothing worse than getting an earful of radio garbage at 30 decibels after listening to good music.
This unit has a great undistorted sound, and it can crank up enough (provided you have decent speakers) to make any lover of the loud smile. (myself included) It may lack a little bass with cheaper speakers, but if you use good ones the sound is full and real.
(incidentally people tend to forget that 70% of your sound is in the speakers you choose, so choose wisely!)
