I have decided to change out the audio system of my car from mtx to kenwood. it all started with the head set, and all the way down to wiring itself. I purchased this amp 11/19/01, at circuit city for a pretty penny. i went straight home plugged it all in after a little fiddlin of course. When i turned on my car to listen to the boom. I was astounded by the clarity and crispness of the bass this amp was pushing out. For just 600 watts, this kenwood amp blew BOTH, and i do mean both, of my Splash 800 watt amps. i was able to sit there for around 2 hours and never once have the bass cut off once. it didnt even get really hot at all. so far it seemed to be the best audio purchase ive made in my life.
I then had to go from Destin florida, to Valdasta Georiga to see my dad for thanksgiving before he left for military reasons. I turned the gain on the amp about 3/4 up, and played my radio full blast the whole way there. On the interstate people would look over at me cause i now they felt the powerful bass that was gettin pushed. Havent that kinda bass kinda made me do a little speeding, around 105mph. :)
If you are considering buyin any kind of amp. This one should be your first choice. It never cuts off at any time, can handle all range of speakers, and is very compact and light for a 600 wattt amp. it will actually highten your audio experience in your vehicle and others around you.
