Pros: These speakers sound great and are affordable making then a great set of speakers
Cons: These speakers aren't the best for a system built for bass.
The Bottom Line: A great speaker for any type or music from Rap to Classical. I would recommend these speakers to anyone with about 70 dollars to spend.

They sound very good with small amps and would be a great improvement over any stock car audio speakers. Alpine is a great company and can be found at almost any store that sells car stereo gear. If you are looking for an affordable speaker that sounds great then look no further. These speakers are the perfect set of speakers for people just entering the world of car audio. They sound great, but they do not easily handle alot of bass or alot of Watts. The speakers have good highs, and excellent mid-range in comparision to all other speakers in their class and price range. For the Price these alpine speakers are in a league of their own. They fit easily into most cars making installation a breeze. And, because they are so easy to install any novice installer can do it at home with a screw driver. The kit that comes with the speakers makes installation at home very easy, even to someone who's never installed a speaker before These speakers are also very reliable, I used them for a year until I upgraded. They sound very good with small amps and would be a great improvement over any stock car audio speakers. Alpine is a great company and can be found at almost and store that sells car speakers. Circuit City, Good Guys and Best Buy are great places to find deals.
