Yup because I am only human! and the difference is that I'm not stopping for a Pecanbon for breakfast every day or a Big Mac for lunch ever. So I make compromises. 90% of the time I eat like most people wouldn't even conceive of including my husband. 10% of the time I eat junk. Even Bill Phillips believes in eating healthfully 6 days a week and taking a break 1 day. But I can't do that when I'm detoxed so it is an occasional treat. My feeling- if I want something badly enough life is too short to deny myself but I really limit it and do think people should eat healthyfully. I do. Sorry - I feel like I need to explain my position though anyone I train knows that I don't expect people to eat how I eat and that I do understand when they can't resist the donut at work. It is the person who eats without thinking that needs to take a look at what he/she is putting in their mouths. That's what will kill you. Not the Pecanbon a few times a year. I am sure the experts do not believe that someone who works out, doesn't smoke or drink but has a Pecanbon 4 times a year and may indulge on a vacation is unhealthy. jo

You eat Cinnabons and plead with people to eat healthfully. Kinda mixed messages don't ya think? You're confusing!

Patty, yes - I was thinking of you and many who have written to me about what they can do about neck pain. This will not cause you any neck pain. Plus you can return it. Though you will have to pay for the shipping. Thanks for r/r/c. Let me know how you do. jo

An answer for me? (Reply to this comment)
by PattyTherre
This could be the answer for me. I need to work my abs but I can't do regular floor crunches due to my bad neck.

Thank you for such an awesome, complete review. I may have to try this although I have no idea how much resistance someone should use to get toned, flatter abs and not bulk.
